SHIPPING POLICY

An order is generally shipped within 2-4 business days within the US.

Each shipping fee will vary depending on the carrier and the package weight. Please note each candle is custom-made, hand poured, and made special for each individual.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is included on orders of 100$ or more within the US via our choice of UPS Ground or USPS.

Our regular rates apply for orders shipped to APO addresses, express shipping, and orders shipped by other carriers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If your product is damaged than we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no cost. Please be sure to provide a picture of the product via email along with a receipt.

We want you to be 100% satisfied! If you receive a damaged product or are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 90 days of receipt and we will refund or replace your order.

Please note the following when considering returns:

*Please call us first to get approval of return

*We will only refund the purchase price. This will not include the shipping cost in either direction.

*Refunds can only be made on undamaged and unused merchandise.
